2. Services

BOOKBOT AI LLC provides an automated customer service and appointment management platform, including AI agents, messaging workflows, CRM configuration, automation services, websites, funnels, consulting, and related implementation services.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, lead volume, platform approvals, or deliverability. Any examples or projections are illustrative only.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required to perform services
• Maintain appropriate access and permissions for tools we configure
• Use all systems in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and carrier/platform requirements
• Obtain proper consent from your contacts before initiating SMS, email, or voice communications

5. Messaging and Consent

If you use SMS, MMS, email, or voice automations configured by BOOKBOT AI LLC, you are responsible for obtaining recipient consent and complying with all applicable laws, including TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements. Where consumers opt in to receive messages through the platform: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of purchase, and recipients may reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Master Messaging Account

All text messaging delivered through the BOOKBOT AI LLC platform is transmitted under BOOKBOT AI LLC's registered messaging brand and campaign. BOOKBOT AI LLC serves as the master account holder and is responsible for all messaging traffic sent through its platform on behalf of the businesses that use it. Businesses using the platform do not maintain separate carrier registrations. By using the platform, each business agrees to be bound by BOOKBOT AI LLC's brand and campaign registrations, consent requirements, message content standards, and acceptable use policies. BOOKBOT AI LLC reserves the right to review, filter, suspend, or terminate any messaging or account that violates these Terms, carrier guidelines, or applicable law, with or without notice.

7. Third-Party Platforms

We may integrate third-party tools and platforms, including communication providers and CRM systems. BOOKBOT AI LLC is not responsible for outages, enforcement actions, service interruptions, or policy changes imposed by third parties.

8. Intellectual Property; Restrictions on Use

All content, design, layout, graphics, logos, user interfaces, text, and software that make up the BOOKBOT AI LLC website and platform (collectively, the "Materials") are the exclusive property of BOOKBOT AI LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. BOOKBOT AI LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

You may not, and may not permit or enable any third party to:

• copy, reproduce, republish, duplicate, mirror, clone, or create derivative works from any part of the website, platform, or their design, layout, or source code;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, index, or use any automated means (including bots, spiders, scrapers, or data-mining or AI/model-training tools) to access, extract, or collect content or data from the platform;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, structure, or underlying ideas of the software, except to the limited extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• use any Materials, branding, or content to build, train, market, or develop a competing or substantially similar product or service; or
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.

Unauthorized use of the Materials may result in immediate termination of your access and may subject you to civil and criminal liability. BOOKBOT AI LLC may pursue all available remedies, including injunctive relief.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOOKBOT AI LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
